QA/QC Specialist (Full Time) Location

Columbus, OH (Onsite) Type

Full-Time Responsible for ensuring fire protection systems (sprinklers, pumps, etc.) are installed and tested correctly as per codes and drawings.

Works with construction teams, conducts inspections, manages documentation, and ensures systems are ready for final approval and handover.

Core Requirements Fire protection systems experience (sprinklers, fire pumps, standpipes) Knowledge of NFPA codes (NFPA 13, 14, 20, 25) QA/QC or inspection experience in construction/fire protection Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience with system testing (hydrostatic, flow testing, alarms) Documentation & reporting skills Coordination with contractors and project teams Preferred Skills (Good to Have) AutoCAD / BIM / VDC tools Experience with fire protection contractors Associate/Bachelor’s in Construction / Mechanical Engineering Experience handling AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) compliance Let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.
