Sr. Building Maintenance Technician

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Sr.

Building Maintenance Technician for a contract position with a Global Pharmaceutical Services Company located in San Francisco, CA.

This is a 3 month contract opportunity.

This position is responsible for the building maintenance and repair of all production related machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and fix all production equipment to prevent and/or correct mechanical and electrical breakdowns while following strict product safety and quality standards.

This role requires working well in a team-based environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and fix all production equipment to prevent and/or correct mechanical and electrical breakdowns Perform electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting Perform special technical skills such as basic PLC skills, machining, welding tasks, and handling high pressure gases Conduct instrumentation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration Work with AC/DC motor drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems Comply and actively participate in all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and programs Requirements

High school diploma or GED 3 years of maintenance related experience, including a minimum of 1500 hours of on-the-job experience Experience with Windows based PCs Ability to repair heating equipment, fix gas-fired equipment, and calibrate all gas-related controls Expertise with HVAC systems

instrumentation, repair, and calibration Background in industrial, mechanical, and electrical systems Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers Desired skills

Associate degree 5 years of electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing plant Pay range

up to $35.00 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
