Job Description Job Description Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with shop management systems including Tekmetric Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Responsibilities As a Service Writer, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and our service team You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing clear communication about recommended services, and ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and listen to their vehicle concerns Create detailed repair orders and communicate customer needs to the technicians Explain repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers clearly and transparently Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the service process Coordinate with the technicians to ensure timely completion of work Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up after service is complete
