Home Remodeling Construction Superintendent

Job Description Job Description We’re hiring an experienced Remodeling Superintendent to lead residential renovation projects from concept to completion.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing teams, schedules, and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Position Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling Proven expertise in kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and room additions Must own a reliable truck Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of remodeling projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Coordinate and allocate labor, materials, and subcontractors efficiently Supervise on-site personnel to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards Serve as the primary liaison between clients, inspectors, architects, engineers, contractors, and local officials Negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage change orders cost-effectively Ensure all work meets or exceeds plans, specifications, and building codes Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the residential remodeling industry Proficiency with construction management software Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven If you are a proactive leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and seamless project execution, we’d love to hear from you.
