About the Role As an Olive Young Crew , you are our “beauty bestie”, inspiring customers on their healthy beauty journey with your product knowledge and positive energy.
You are the welcoming face of OLIVE YOUNG, welcoming our customers to experience OLIVE YOUNG in the U.S. retail market for the very first time.
Our Crew members are well-informed about the products we sell and are excited to share the latest beauty and wellness that OLIVE YOUNG brings to our customers.

What You’ll Do The following duties are considered essential functions of the role, including but not limited to the responsibilities outlined below.
Sales & Customer Service
Deliver the OLIVE YOUNG experience through exceptional service to each customer that inspires confidence and promotes well-being.
Enlighten and empower customers to discover their ideal shades, skincare routines, and products through strong product knowledge and personalized demonstrations.
Specialized Services
Be the driver for OLIVE YOUNG’s exclusive skin and scalp scanning services, assisting customers through diagnostic devices and recommending suitable products based on the results.
Sales Floor Performance
Work in a fast-paced environment, proactively assist multiple customers at the same time, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service.
Enthusiastically share new launches, promotions, and loyalty programs to all our customers.
Process purchases, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Loyalty
Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by introducing customers to OLIVE YOUNG’s membership program, proactively sharing new launches, promotions, and loyalty benefits consistently.
Store Maintenance
Maintain a clean, welcoming, premium store environment that reflects the OLIVE YOUNG brand.
Take pride in keeping the store environment looking its best.
Inventory Management
Support inventory management procedures, shipment processing, restocking, merchandising updates, and tester management, backroom organization with precision and attention to detail.
Check product expiration dates and packaging condition regularly to guarantee the highest product quality for customers.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures to protect the company’s assets.
Team & Culture Collaborate
Teamwork with peers and leaders is essential to create an energetic, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
Training & Education
Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of product innovation, trends, and techniques to share insights and support teammates’ growth.

Requirements & Qualifications Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Trendsetters with a passion for beauty, skincare, and empowering confidence in others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a love for connecting with people.
Comfortable using basic technology such as POS systems and tablets.
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
Preferred
Bilingual in Korean and/or Spanish Physical & Environmental Requirements Mobility
Continuous standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending.
Lifting
Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling items ranging from 10 to over 50 pounds (e.g., boxes, inventory, etc.).
Dexterity
Manual dexterity for organizing shelves or handling small items.
Environmental
Exposure to fragrance, cosmetic ingredients, and, in some cases, fast-paced and high-volume retail environments.
Vision
Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, are necessary.
