Signarama Cleveland is looking for a highly skilled carpenter or well-rounded construction professional who takes pride in their craft and is ready to apply their skills in a new, growing industry.

This is not an entry-level installer position.

We’re looking for someone who can walk onto a site, assess the situation, and execute with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets & dimensional letters Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood framing Concrete footing and post setting Operating bucket trucks, lifts, skid steers, and jobsite equipment Reading blueprints and site plans Wiring and connecting illuminated signage (electrical experience strongly desired) Leading and mentoring crew members Representing our company professionally on job sites What We’re Looking For 10 years of construction or carpentry experience Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools Comfortable operating heavy equipment Electrical experience preferred (120V/240V, basic wiring, conduit helpful) Ability to problem-solve independently Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Leadership mindset Clean driving record If you’re the person other guys on the jobsite go to when something needs to get figured out — this is for you.
