Description - Your Role Awaits Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various disciplines-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-adhering to established protocols.

Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate lab instruments effectively.

Assist with specimen collection and ensure proper sample preparation as the need arises.

Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, onboard new staff or students, and actively contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.

Uphold a safe and clean working environment, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
