Head Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee and lead the kitchen team of approximately 14 BOH staff Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and cleanliness Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Train and develop team members, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen culture Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial targets Support take-out and delivery operations alongside dine-in service This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact with an established and expanding restaurant group.
