Front Office Coordinator in San Diego, CA LHH has partnered with a reputable healthcare network in San Diego to hire a Front Office Coordinator to support daily clinic operations.

This is a fully onsite, Monday-Friday role with consistent hours and a patient focused environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and making a meaningful impact on the patient experience every day.

Pay

$24/hour Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner Verify patient demographics and insurance information Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Answer phones, route calls, and respond to patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in electronic systems Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow Process referrals, authorizations, and general administrative paperwork Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Prior healthcare or medical office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency; experience with scheduling or EMR systems a plus Why Join Stable schedule Opportunity to work with a well established healthcare organization Supportive team environment with meaningful patient interaction If you meet the requirements, please apply today!
