Job Responsibilities Clean Airbnb and short-term rental properties between guest stays Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Change linens and make beds Restock supplies as needed Report damages or missing items Follow company cleaning checklists and standards Requirements Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Availability during weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior cleaning experience preferred (Airbnb, hotel, or residential a plus, but willing to train the right person) What We Offer Competitive pay hourly – based on experience Flexible scheduling Consistent work Training and support Opportunity for growth Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks Company Description The Gr8 8 Cleaning company is the Valley's leading vacation and short-term rental cleaning company based in the heart of Tempe.
