Job Description Assessment & Intervention School Psychologist - Secondary School Focus We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a full-time School Psychologist to join a supportive and forward-thinking school team for the current academic year.
This role provides the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students across the middle school and high school levels within a diverse learning community.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support students' IEP goals, provide psychological services, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
You will play an active role in developing and leading workshops for educators and families, helping address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional factors that influence student success.
Your work will help strengthen relationships among staff, students, and caregivers while promoting positive outcomes across school settings.
Further Details
Participate in IEP planning and ongoing student support.
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff.
Design and facilitate professional development workshops for teachers.
Serve a diverse secondary student population (middle school-high school).
Lead parent workshops focused on student-related concerns and strategies.
This is a full-time assignment for the remainder of the school year, with interviews available immediately for qualified candidates.
Requirements New graduates are encouraged to apply.
NASP certification preferred, but not required.
Valid School Psychologist license issued by the Illinois Board of Psychology.
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
