Fine Jewelry Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Fine Jewelry and Watches Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team!

You will be responsible for selling services, products, and merchandise, in a luxury retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Must be able assist customers with sales and repair intake.

Responsibilities

Welcome customer and identify their needs Present and sell luxury jewelry and watches Explain products and services to customers Evaluate client’s jewelry and suggest appropriate repairs Investigate and resolve customer complaints Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury jewelry sales, customer service, or other related fields GIA Graduate Gemmologist Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types
