Position Summary We are seeking an experienced CPA with deep expertise in business and corporate tax strategy to join a growing advisory team.
This is a strategic, advisory-focused role centered on advanced tax planning—not tax preparation, compliance, or seasonal filing work .
You will work with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, business owners, and entrepreneurs to design and evaluate sophisticated tax-efficient strategies that drive long-term value.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a high level—collaborating with advisors, attorneys, and other specialists—while contributing to meaningful client outcomes without the traditional tax season workload.
Key Responsibilities Design and refine advanced tax strategies for business owners and high-net-worth families Advise on entity structuring, multi-entity planning, and corporate tax optimization Develop strategies related to
QSBS / Section 1202 planning Charitable giving structures Real estate tax optimization Wealth transfer and estate planning alignment Review financials and tax documents to identify planning opportunities and potential risks (no preparation or filing responsibilities) Participate in high-level client strategy meetings alongside internal advisors and external partners Collaborate with outside CPAs, attorneys, and estate planning professionals to ensure seamless execution Stay current on evolving tax laws and emerging planning strategies Contribute to internal thought leadership, frameworks, and scalable planning processes Qualifications Active CPA license (required) Strong experience in business, corporate, or pass-through entity taxation Proven background in strategic tax planning (not solely compliance-focused) Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients or complex business-owner structures preferred Ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable insights Highly collaborative, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset What We Offer No tax season grind – fully planning-focused role Direct exposure to high-level client strategy and decision-making Opportunity to work on complex, intellectually engaging tax strategies Collaborative, forward-thinking environment within a growing advisory firm Meaningful work helping clients build and preserve long-term wealth and legacy Compensation & Benefits Base Salary
