Must have an insurable driver’s license, be able to lift 100 lbs. into a truck, and work by yourself.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Pod Maintenance & Construction Technician to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for maintaining and building landscape pods—custom-designed outdoor spaces including garden beds, irrigation systems, hardscaping features, and seasonal plant installations.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on landscape pods (trimming, pruning, planting, weeding) Install and construct landscape features (pavers, edging, irrigation systems, soil prep) Diagnose and resolve irrigation or plant health issues Assist in new landscape pod builds and upgrades Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate with team members and supervisors on project progress Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and tools (preferred but not required) Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver’s license (preferred) Company Description Tom Asch is the owner of Tom’s Ponds and has been designing and working on water features since 1980.

Holding degrees in Landscape Architecture and Park Administration from Washington State University, Tom is an expert on water features with over forty years of experience under his belt.
