Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist

Ledgent has a client in Bloomington/Edina area looking for a B2B Collections and Accounts Recievable candidate available to start ASAP! $24-$26/hour.

Job Duties/Description

A/R Collections Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties

Responsible for building strong relationships with customers.

Daily contact of customers to collect on past due accounts Collect accurate Accounts Payable information for customer billing

Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.

Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.

Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.

Prepare weekly overdue comparison report Weekly cash collections meeting B2B soft collections- phone and email communication Requirements
