The Details Location
In-Person, College Station, TX Schedule
Full-Time Compensation
Pay is commensurate with experience What Your Day Looks Like You plan an important role in supporting our financial operations — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all accounting and reporting functions.
Own the Close
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, allocations, and reconciliations Financial Reporting
Prepare and review monthly allocation, accrual calculations, review monthly and year-end financial statements for the consolidated company and subsidiaries Controls & Compliance
Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with bank covenants and reporting requirements Audit Support
Coordinate and support annual audits by preparing documentation Inventory & Funding Oversight
Monitor inventory status and fund availability for related transactions Team Leadership
Assist with hiring, training, and developing accounting team members Cross-Functional Partner
Collaborate with the Controller and other departments to improve processes and strengthen controls Are You the Right Fit?

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred) Bring 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role Have strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls Are proficient in ERP systems and Excel Communicate clearly, lead confidently, and manage multiple priorities with ease Align with our values
