Chef (Bowl Concept) We are a growing, family-owned business looking for a reliable, organized, and skilled Grill & Prep Chef to join our team.

This role focuses on our "bowl-style" service—similar to concepts like Chipotle or Fresh Kitchen—where consistency, prep speed, and organization are key.

Schedule & Hours We are specifically looking for coverage during the following shifts

Sundays

9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Mondays

8:30 AM – 9:00 PM Growth Potential

Key Responsibilities Opening & Prep

Lead the morning setup by preparing all bases, proteins, and toppings for the day.

High-Volume Execution

Efficiently handle prep for large catering orders and daily service.

Station Management

Maintain a clean, organized "assembly line" station, ensuring all ingredients are stocked and fresh.

Cooking & Knife Work

Comfortable with heavy daily prep, including expert cutting of various meats and vegetables.

Equipment Operation

Skilled in using grills and industrial ovens to cook proteins and roasted vegetables to perfection.

Quality Control

Ensure every bowl that leaves the kitchen meets our family business standards for portioning and presentation.

Requirements Experience

Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or bowl-concept environment is a major plus.

Technical Skills

Strong knife skills and comfort working with grills and ovens.

Organization

A "clean as you go" mentality and the ability to keep a fast-moving prep line organized.

Reliability

Since these are core Sunday/Monday shifts, punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable.

Physical Stamina

Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen.
