ASAP About the Position We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Las Vegas, NV.

Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for daily living in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting.

Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.

Active Nevada COTA license required to start the assignment.

Minimum 1 year of recent COTA experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting preferred.

No new graduates.

BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Experience with ADL training, splinting basics, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, PTs, SLPs, and case managers.

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Position availability

1 COTA needed for the contract assignment starting mid-May through mid-August (assignment length 13 weeks).

Floating

Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
