Use HR data and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve the employee experience.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting hourly populations in a manufacturing, food production, distribution, or similar operational environment.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or plant environment.

Prior experience supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Experience partnering with operational leaders and hourly employee populations.

Ability to work fully onsite at the Roger Wood facility.

Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
