Site Superintendent

Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the installation of residential landscape and exterior construction projects.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all work in the field aligns with design intent, meets quality standards, and is executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with contractors and client communication in a high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Collaborate in the field on day-to-day on-site construction activities across multiple projects Ensure work is executed according to design plans, specifications, and quality standards Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project momentum Contractor Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and trades in the field Answer technical questions and provide clarification on plans and details Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of trades to ensure efficient workflow Client Communication Provide regular updates to clients on project progress Address client questions and concerns professionally and promptly Maintain a high level of service consistent with luxury residential expectations Quality Control Conduct routine site inspections to ensure workmanship meets Mosher Design Co. standards Verify materials, layout, and installation match approved designs Oversee punch lists and project closeout to ensure a polished final product Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily logs, site photos, and progress reports Communicate updates, issues, and milestones to the internal team Qualifications Experience 5 years of construction or site supervision experience Proven experience working on high-end residential projects Landscape construction experience is a strong plus Skills Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret plans, details, and specifications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attributes Detail-driven with a strong eye for quality and design execution Professional, client-facing demeanor Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation, based on experience and industry standards Additional benefits package (to be discussed during interview process) About Mosher Design Co.
