Hybrid in either Pittsburgh, State College area, or Washington, PA.

Position Overview We are seeking an Audit Associate or an Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, enhancing the quality of our audit processes, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in public accounting and a passion for delivering accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks.

Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the audit process.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
