Health/Dental/Life Insurance 401K (available after 1 year) Employee Lease Program Family-owned Excellent store culture State of the art facility Training and growth potential Responsibilities Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers Submit warranty claims to insurance companies for payment Work with Service Advisors and Service Managers to provide correct information to customers in a polite professional manner Create cash receipts and help with the daily deposit and balance the drawer Help keep boutique items prices and nicely arranged Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner as needed as a backup receptionist Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently Qualifications
Computer experience and or prior dealership experience is preferred but not required Available to work flexible hours on some Saturdays Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel Professional personal appearance Clean driving record
