This position is available at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor on the Academic or Clinician Track (not tenure).

Responsibilities * Deliver compassionate and expert clinical care to patients with benign hematologic disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings * Develop and/or lead clinical trials, translational studies, or lab-based investigations * Contribute actively to medical education and training programs across the Medical School's learning continuum * Support multidisciplinary teams and advocate for growth in classical hematology services * Engage with institutional and national partners to advance research, care models, and population outcomes in non-malignant hematology About Us For over 50 years, the University of Minnesota has been a leader in the care and study of benign hematologic disorders, with strong institutional investments in clinical, research, and educational programming.

This role is dually employed by the University of Minnesota and University of Minnesota Physicians.

Total combined salary is anticipated to be in the range of $270,000-$465,407.

Total salary is competitive with the market and based on AAMC salary benchmarks.

Salary at the University of Minnesota is dependent upon academic effort of the person hired, and begins at $55,000.

Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through University of Minnesota Physicians, and begins at $215,000.
