Job Description Job Description Carpenter Foreman – Healthcare Construction (ICRA Preferred) Denver Metro Area | $30–35/hr | Immediate Need We are actively seeking a Carpenter Foreman with 4 years of foreman experience to lead crews on healthcare-focused commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area.
This is a hands-on, working foreman role for someone who is comfortable leading in hospital and clean-room environments.
This position is ideal for a proven healthcare foreman—not an entry-level lead or someone looking to transition into supervision.
Target start date
Second week of May What You’ll Be Working On Active healthcare and hospital projects (majority of work) Tenant improvements and specialized interior build-outs Clean-room and infection-controlled environments (ICRA protocols) Additional commercial work
banks, performing arts centers, and similar facilities ~70% of projects are healthcare-related Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpenters and laborers on active commercial jobsites Work hands-on in the field daily — foremen are expected to wear tools Plan daily work activities, manpower, and material needs Install and manage temporary containment, barriers, and clean-room setups Enforce productivity, quality, and safety standards Maintain compliance with healthcare construction requirements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Communicate daily progress and needs with project leadership Utilize ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or be willing to learn Required Experience & Qualifications 4 years of experience specifically as a Carpenter Foreman Strong experience in commercial construction Healthcare or hospital construction experience strongly preferred ICRA certification highly preferred (or prior hands-on ICRA containment experience) Proven ability to lead crews in occupied or sensitive environments Confident reading blueprints and coordinating field work Safety-focused, reliable, and professional This role requires prior foreman experience — it is not a lead carpenter or step-up position.
Pay, Schedule & Location Pay
$30–35/hour (based on experience and healthcare experience) Schedule
Typically 40 hours/week with some overtime Location

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
