Summary
Location
Colorado Springs This role requires facilitating Orientation in Colorado Springs 2-3 Mondays a month from approximately 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Manage preorientation logistics specific to the Colorado Springs location.
Facilitate Team Member Orientation at the Colorado Springs site.
Support refinement and documentation of performance review processes and tools, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and calibration.
Consult and respond to company needs related to onboarding, performance management, career pathways, Team Member Experience (TMX), and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development.
Equivalency
A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in corporate training or organizational development may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in complex topics such as performance management, employee engagement, and human resources policy and process changes.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of instructional design and product development.
Successful program and project management skills.
Ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
Ability to multitask in a highpace, everchanging, and complex environment.
