BGA rework (removal and replacement) BGA reballing Fine-pitch component soldering and repair Maintain lab tools, equipment, and workstations in optimal condition Establish and enforce lab organization standards and procedures Track inventory of components, consumables, and equipment Coordinate with engineering teams to prioritize lab work and support project timelines Document lab processes, procedures, and completed work Ensure lab cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency Lab Manager – Electronics Lab (Part Time)Requirements Demonstrated lab management experience with prior lab oversight responsibilities Expert-level soldering and rework skills, including BGA rework and reballing Ability to pass a practical hands-on technical assessment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven job stability and experience in similar technical environments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills for engineering collaboration High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Lab Manager – Electronics Lab (Part Time)Preferred Qualifications Linux system experience (strong plus) Experience with hot air and IR rework stations Familiarity with lab inventory management systems IPC certification (IPC-7711/7721 or equivalent) If you think this Lab Manager – Electronics Lab position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me — feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
