Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Full-Time Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities as they build confidence, skills, and independence in the workplace.
This role provides hands-on training and ongoing coaching that helps participants thrive in competitive and integrated work environments.
What You’ll Do
Train and coach participants on job tasks and workplace behaviors.
Provide on-site support, guidance, and reinforcement to ensure job success.
Serve as a liaison between participants, employers, and program staff.
Identify accommodation needs and advocate for workplace inclusion.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of job coaching or related experience.
Experience supporting individuals with barriers to employment.
Excellent communication, patience, and relationship-building skills.
Spanish/English bilingual preferred; nonprofit experience a plus.
