Job Summary

As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the parking lot, assisting customers with parking, and ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they enter and exit the parking lot.

Direct vehicles to available parking spaces and manage the flow of traffic within the lot.

Monitor the parking area to ensure the safety and security of vehicles and customers.

Provide information and directions to customers as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot, including picking up litter and reporting any hazards.

Operate payment systems, issue parking tickets.

Handle cash transactions as required and end of shift transaction handoff with manager.

Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.

Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
