Job Description Job Description Maintenance & Custodial Technician Periwinkle Place Shopping Center – Sanibel, FL Periwinkle Place Shopping Center is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance & Custodial Technician to join our team full-time.

This position plays a key role in maintaining Sanibel’s premier open-air shopping destination.

Full-Time Location

On-site – Sanibel, FL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs Interior and exterior painting (required) Complete daily janitorial and custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe property Respond promptly to tenant service requests Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Participate in on-call rotation and respond to property emergencies Assist management with property projects and special events Qualifications Prior maintenance experience desired Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and humidity Reliable transportation required OTHER INFORMATION High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Must speak English. 90 day review.
