We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist who values clinical excellence, efficiency, and long-term patient relationships.
Our practice is modern, digitally integrated, and structured for productive, well-supported hygiene.
We believe high-level periodontal care is foundational to the health of our patients and the success of our practice.

What You Can Expect 1-hour prophy appointments 2-hour SRP appointments Assistant support for efficient room turnover On-time doctor exams Modern equipment and digital workflows Established patient base We prioritize schedule integrity, clinical autonomy, and maintaining a productive yet sustainable pace.
Qualifications Active Washington State RDH license 1 year of clinical experience preferred Dentrix experience preferred Strong periodontal knowledge Professional, confident communication Organized, accountable, and growth-minded Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Medical insurance Paid vacation and sick time 401(k) with employer match Annual profit sharing Secured in-building parking or ORCA card No weekends Schedule Options Full-Time (4 Days) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
