- $95,000 – $125,000 Bonus & Benefits Overview A growing hotel ownership and management group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and execution across a multi‑brand hotel portfolio. This role partners closely with executive leadership and operations to ensure compliance, consistency, and a strong people‑first culture. Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and oversight across full‑service and select‑service hotels
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and brand HR standards
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues
- Partner with operations on labor strategy, retention, and workforce planning
- Support General Managers with coaching, investigations, and corrective action
- Guide recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and training initiatives
- Standardize HR processes while supporting a growing, multi‑property platform Qualifications
- 5 years Marriott experience required (full‑service and select‑service)
- Multi‑property or corporate hotel HR leadership experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience supporting General Managers and executive leadership
- Practical, decisive, and solutions‑oriented leadership style Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $95,000 – $125,000 , dependent on experience
