The Opportunity This entry-level B2B outside sales role blends education, relationship-building, and consultative guidance.
You'll manage your own local territory while working within a structured system that provides mentorship, training, and leadership development even if you've never worked in sales before.
You'll meet directly with business owners and employee groups, helping them understand benefit options and make informed, practical decisions.
