SIMPLE IRA Health insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Recruiter to manage both client development (sales) and candidate sourcing in a fully remote environment.
This role involves building relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities Manage and develop new client accounts through outreach and relationship building Understand client hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients and candidates Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement Maintain organized pipelines and ensure consistent follow-ups Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates Requirements Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level or above) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-starter mindset Interest in recruiting, sales, or HR Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment Familiarity with CRM tools or ATS systems Entry-level candidates are welcome Ideal Candidate Enjoys communicating and building relationships Highly proactive and self-motivated Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment Location
