At Scottsdale Academy, we care for children from infancy through age 5 in a warm, nurturing environment.

We're looking for a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our tiniest learners (6 weeks to 12 months).

What You'll Do - Create fun, age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that stimulate babies' growth and development - Engage infants through storytelling, sensory play, music and hands-on interaction - Build loving, responsive relationships with each baby in your care - Partner with parents through open, caring communication - Keep your classroom clean, safe and joyful every day What We're Looking For - A genuine love for infants and early childhood - Experience working with babies (professional setting preferred) - Knowledge of child development best practices - Patient, reliable and comfortable in a busy, hands-on environment - Strong communication skills - DCF 45-hour training (preferred) - CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required) What We Offer We believe great teachers deserve great support.
