Your Role * Create and deliver engaging, play-based lesson plans that spark a love of learning. * Support children's social, emotional, and academic development every single day. * Use creative teaching methods — storytelling, sensory play, movement, music, and more. * Maintain a warm, structured daily schedule that balances learning, play, meals, and rest. * Build an inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and celebrated. * Track and document each child's progress using school assessment tools. * Partner with families through warm, consistent communication about their child's growth. * Uphold all health, safety, and emergency protocols to ensure student well-being.

Who You Are * You have experience working with young children and it shows — kids light up around you. * You are patient, energetic, reliable, and bring your whole heart to work. * You communicate clearly and kindly with children, families, and colleagues. * You are a lifelong learner who welcomes feedback and professional growth. * DCF 45-hour training, CDA credential, or a degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus. * Must successfully complete a Level II Background Screening through Florida's clearinghouse.
