Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a childcare and educational leadership role.

Strong knowledge of childhood development and best practices in early education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.

Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
