Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Management
Develop and manage relationships with healthcare facilities within an assigned territory.
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to healthcare administrators and procurement managers.
Regularly visit clients and potential clients to promote products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Market Analysis and Development
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Develop proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers.
Maintain a CRM database with daily updates on client interactions and territory management activities.
Create regular marketing campaigns focused on target markets and clients.
Customer Service and Support
Address client concerns and coordinate with service departments to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Maintain strong customer relations through excellent service and regular communication.
Coordinate with the Service department to resolve all client issues.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
Experience
Minimum 1-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.
Experience with various value-added sales techniques and a strong focus on selling services.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to write clear reports and business correspondence.
Highly motivated, organized, and capable of effective time management.
Professional appearance and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Other
Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with commission.
