6/8/2026 About the Position We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Atlanta, GA where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

The role requires working in an acute care setting with multidisciplinary teams to provide respiratory care interventions, ventilator management, and patient education.

Applicants should be prepared to follow facility protocols and documentation standards.

Minimum Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.

Current state license in good standing with the State License Board (Georgia) or eligibility to obtain one prior to start.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.

Minimum one year experience as an RRT in an acute care hospital setting.

BLS certification.

Experience with ventilator management and arterial blood gas analysis.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with ICU or trauma patient populations preferred.

ACLS certification preferred.

Assignment Details Shift Hours

12-hour shifts.

0000–2400 (coverage across day).
