Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details
Clinical Supervisor - RN-Weekender 80 hours every two weeks (36 hours first week, 44 hours second week) Mercy Hospital Jefferson Festus, MO 63028 Education
Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
Licensure
Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
Experience
Two or three years' experience required in patient care.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Preferred Experience
Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Certifications
CRRN Preferred Other
Rehabilitation experience.
