What We Offer $35–$60/hour flat rate (based on experience and proven performance) Consistent workflow with strong flagged hours potential (50 hours common) Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Stable, growing shop environment Strong service advisor support that keeps work flowing Modern systems including Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspections Responsibilities Diagnose and repair all makes and models (approximately 30% European vehicles) Perform general maintenance and repair work Complete digital vehicle inspections Work collaboratively with technicians and service advisors Follow structured shop systems and processes Requirements A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience Strong diagnostic ability Team-first mindset (no ego or individual-only work style) Willingness to both diagnose and complete repairs Open to structured systems and accountability Compensation Flat rate
