Member Services Representative

Member Services Representative (Teller) Client in the financial services industry is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist with processing transactions, handling cash, and supporting member account inquiries in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The Member Services Representative will process deposits, withdrawals, and member transactions with accuracy The Member Services Representative will balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash handling procedures Answer member questions regarding accounts, transactions, and services Support account maintenance and system updates as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Prior cash handling experience strongly preferred (retail, banking, restaurant closeout, ect.) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new tools Must be able to work half day on Saturday, rotating Salary is $30-$32k, DOE
