What You’ll Do In this client-facing role, you will represent CFS to organizations across the Houston market by
Developing and expanding new business accounts Building long-term relationships with leaders across multiple industries Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and account management Connecting with clients through phone, email, video, and in‑person meetings Delivering hiring solutions that create true win‑win outcomes for clients and candidates This role is ideal for someone who’s energized by conversations, motivated by results, and ready to grow their career in a people-first, high-opportunity environment.
Who You Are You bring a blend of professionalism, personality, and drive, including
2 years of proven success in sales (staffing or service-based sales is a plus) Strong communication skills and confidence interacting across all levels of an organization A self-starter mindset with a competitive edge Relationship-building instincts and a genuine curiosity about people A team-oriented attitude—and a great sense of humor What You’ll Get Base Salary Uncapped Commission
