Member Services Representative (Cash Handling) Location

$15.50/hour Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check/cash handling Balance cash drawer accurately at the end of each day Assist members with account questions and provide excellent customer service Navigate internal systems to support daily operations and member needs Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent face-to-face customer service skills with a personable, professional demeanor Prior cash handling experience (e.g., cashier, retail, restaurant, or similar roles) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or banking environment Familiarity with check scanning or deposit processing (DE) Additional Details Full-time, permanent position with benefits No regular Saturday hours required initially; occasional Saturday shifts may be introduced on a rotating basis Candidates will be required to sign a cash-handling agreement
