1.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal contracts and documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. 2.

Providing expert legal advice on corporate law matters to senior management and other stakeholders. 3.

Guiding the company through complex corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes. 4.

Managing relationships with external counsel, ensuring cost-effective and efficient legal services. 5.

Advising on corporate governance issues, compliance matters, and potential legal risks. 6.

Keeping abreast of regulatory changes that may affect the company and its affiliates. 7.

Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team.

Qualifications

1.

A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2.

Admission to the state bar. 3. 2-8 years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. 4.

Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts. 5.

Strong knowledge of federal and state corporate law. 6.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 7.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality. 9.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 10.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
