Billing Associate Compensation $70,000 to $75,000 USD base discretionary bonus Benefits & Growth Strong leadership, collaborative culture, and career advancement into team lead roles Broad exposure across entertainment and sports teams/departments Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct ownership of key billing operations for high-profile sports and entertainment talent High visibility and cross-functional collaboration with department leaders and CFO Immediate business impact; fast-track onboarding in advance of critical team initiatives Company is actively investing in growth and internal promotions Key Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist Lead end-to-end billing cycle for multiple departments with accuracy and proactivity Oversee client and vendor onboarding, job setup, billing arrangements, and contract compliance Execute and troubleshoot invoicing for diverse business lines including management fees, sponsorships, and B2B accounts Clean up and manage out-of-pocket billing, coordinating with marketing and sales to resolve open items and recover billables Host monthly AR/collections meetings with internal contacts to expedite outstanding payments and optimize cash flow Desired Experience Minimum two years of agency, entertainment, or talent management billing experience Proven ability to manage full billing and AR cycles supporting multiple client groups, client trusts, agency experience High level of initiative, communication, and commitment to best-in-class customer service Location New York, NY - Hybrid (3 days in, 2 out) LI-JT1 INMAY2026 BillingAssociate AccountingJobs FinanceJobs
