Staff Accountant Salary

$27–$32/hour | Full-Time Location

Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations Support month-end close and financial reporting activities Maintain accuracy of the general ledger Assist with financial analysis and internal reporting Collaborate with AP and AR on daily accounting tasks Support audits and special accounting projects Qualifications for the Staff Accountant

Experience in an accounting or Staff Accountant role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Strong Excel and accounting software skills Working knowledge of general ledger accounting Use your accounting skills to support a mission, not just a margin — and gain well-rounded experience while doing work that matters.
