Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team at Little Walters. As a Food Runner/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before serving.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Help with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or busy shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils as required.
Requirements
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
