What you’ll be doingAs Programme Manager, you’ll take full accountability for the successful delivery of major programmes within our Change Portfolio.
Your role will include:Leading and planning complex, interdependent programmes across multiple workstreamsTranslating organisational strategy into clear, structured and deliverable programmes of workEstablishing and embedding pragmatic, proportionate programme governanceRe‑energising and remediating programmes that are off‑track, using decisive leadership and structured recovery plansProactively managing programme‑level risks, issues, dependencies and benefits realisationDirectly coaching and supporting Project Managers, resolving escalated delivery issuesProviding clear, confident reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders and governance forumsManaging programme budgets and third‑party suppliers, ensuring strong cost control and value for moneyPartnering closely with senior leaders, sponsors and business owners to stay focused on strategic outcomesChampioning modern ways of working, including agile or hybrid delivery models where appropriateOptimising resources across the portfolio so teams have the right tools, people and funding to succeedMaintaining transparent, effective communication and managing stakeholder expectationsCollaborating across the wider Business Change function to deliver joined‑up, end‑to‑end change
