What You Will Do
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation and production in an environment that meets sanitation guidelines.
Pasta Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare food for service.
- Set up and stock all necessary supplies.
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
- Ensure proper product handling to control shrinkage and waste.
- Assist as needed in the preparation of food products, catering, and special orders.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.
- Follow daily cooking lists and complete work in the allotted time.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
- 2 years of pasta production preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a line cook
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- ServSafe and Food Handler Certification are required

- Must have a flexible schedule including the ability to work on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complete position requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle a variety of kitchen equipment safely
