- Monitor quality improvement goals and track outcomes and measurements, ensuring we exceed our standards in care and service.
- Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise in quality assurance and process improvement.
- Analyze incident data, prepare insightful trended reports, and drive continuous improvement based on evidence and metrics.
- Conduct training, technical support, and internal investigations to ensure compliance and foster a culture of learning.
- Lead audits, support operational readiness for licensing/certification, and champion proactive quality monitoring.
- Travel locally within Albuquerque city limits throughout the month to support various sites (light travel required). Additionally, travel to Farmington, NM is required four times a year, with all company mileage and travel accommodations compensated.
- Time management, organization, and stress tolerance to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- QA/QI knowledge, root cause analysis, and data analysis skills for evidence-based decision-making.
- Analytical thinking, adaptability, and application of metrics/indicators to drive measurable results.
- Understanding of auditing processes, audit planning and execution, documentation, and reporting.
- Confidence in decision-making and the ability to influence without authority.
- Interdepartmental collaboration and systems alignment between QA and Operations.
- Coaching/mentorship skills and a prevention-focused mindset aligned with our mission.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least three years in quality improvement or a related social services field.
- Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- A proactive, prevention-focused approach and a passion for making a difference.
